  • The Safety Kit is thoughtfully designed for children, seniors, and individuals with physical or cognitive challenges. Each kit is intended for use by one individual and should be completed with the help of a parent or guardian.

  • Setup is simple and can be done at home in 10 minutes or less. Fill out the emergency card, take fingerprints, collect a DNA sample using the oral swab, and insert a recent photo. Once completed, store the kit in a safe and accessible place.

  • Store your Safety Kit with your most important documents, such as birth certificates, Social Security cards, and passports. Keep everything in a secure, fireproof, and waterproof location, like a home safe or safe deposit box, so it's protected and easily accessible.

  • Review your Safety Kit at least once a year to make sure all information is accurate and up to date. Update emergency details, replace the photo with a current one, and collect a fresh DNA sample by using the included swab or requesting a new one.
